Work experience

I've had the privilege of working with different companies and agencies over the years, which has been a rich and learning experience.

  • Building two production Next.js and TypeScript applications: a customer support platform handling subscriber issues, payments, account history, and service changes at scale, and an internal integration platform that connects workflows and processes across teams throughout the company.
  • Both apps are heavily powered by AI, with multiple specialized chatbot agents working together to assist support agents, automate resolutions, and surface the right information at the right time, all wired up via Model Context Protocol (MCP) to tools like Jira, GitHub, LaunchDarkly, and Datadog.
  • Own the full feature lifecycle end-to-end: API design, UI, testing, feature flags, production monitoring, and CI/CD, keeping both platforms reliable and moving fast.

Profile Autodesk

An user-centric approach that balanced functionality and aesthetic appeal. Utilizing Figma for design and adhering to Autodesk's brand guidelines, we engaged in continuous discussions to make informed decisions on the application's design and implementation. This close-knit collaboration ensured that both technical and visual aspects were seamlessly integrated, resulting in a robust and intuitive application that met the performance and usability needs of high-traffic users.

My creative solution for the project involved bringing the product owners' ideas to life with a strong focus on user experience. I was responsible for creating detailed user flows and wireframes, designing high-fidelity mockups, and leading a small development team to build the project. We developed a custom WordPress template tailored to our needs, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Our efforts culminated in the blog becoming a finalist for Best Blog 2020 at the US Social Media Awards for Pub-Con, reflecting the success and impact of our work.
